Corporate Coaching—Executive/Leadership Coaching

Executive/Leadership coaching encompasses the following key stages:

How does it work?

Once the goals of the coaching engagement have been established, the Enerpace coach will make a recommendation of what tools/assessments will aid in the achievement in these goals. For example, we often recommend a personalized DiSC® “Managing for Success®” Assessment Report. Behavioral research suggests that people who truly understand themselves are most effective at developing strategies necessary to successfully meet the demands of their environment. We also utilize 360 Feedback programs to help the Client understand his/her strengths and weaknesses, and to contribute insight into the areas of performance needing professional development

The coaching program begins with a customized Kick-off Session in which the Enerpace Coach and Client design the foundation for their work together and create a Coaching Plan with which to move forward.

Executive coaching includes a 6 -12 month Coaching Retainer, providing 2 sixty-ninety minute calls monthly and email/voice mail/ad hoc support as needed.

It often is advisable to conduct “Alignment Sessions” with the Executive Client’s Supervisor. These meetings between Client, Coach and Supervisor insure the Supervisor’s feedback is incorporated into the coaching goals and that he/she is on-board with the developmental coaching plan. One meeting is conducted at the beginning of the coaching process, as goals for the coaching are being developed. A second meeting will take place mid-way through the coaching. By obtaining supervisory feedback during the coaching process, Client and Coach can “course-correct” as necessary to ensure the coaching plan achieves the desired outcomes. The third meeting occurs at the end of the coaching to review results and obtain Supervisor support and approval of the on-going development plan

What individual coaching options are available?
