Group coaching combines the support and accountability of one-on-one coaching with the ideas, relationships and energy of a group. Your Enerpace coach also serves as facilitator and guide, insuring the group achieves its stated objectives while allowing each group member individual time to be coached.
Group coaching is often utilized when a new team is formed, to expedite the “forming/storming/norming/performing” cycle and insure each member is fully contributing from the start.
Enerpace also offers business coaching groups. Many business owners use their Enerpace group as their Board of Directors, holding them accountable for achieving their plans while providing experienced guidance along the way. Other business coaching groups utilize a “masterminds” format, where each member has the floor for a set period of time to work through a specific question or a challenge.
