Individual coaching is a powerful, personal 100% customized partnership between your Enerpace coach and you. This is the right option if you need:

How does it work?

We begin by building a foundation for the coaching relationship in a 2-3 hour kick-off session called the “Discovery Session.” At that meeting, you have the opportunity to design an alliance with your coach in order to structure the most effective experience for you. Coaching is a personalized tool to enhance your performance, and because every client is unique, the coach also must take a different approach with each client. |

Next, we lay a strong foundation to support the achievement of the results you desire. Goals that honor your value set are inherently motivating. We work through several exercises to identify your values and ensure that you define good, effective goals. |

Finally, we outline your specific “SMART” goals and define a plan for their achievement. |

Since coaching is designed for busy people, after the initial session, we will meet 2-3 times each month via telephone for a coaching call. Telephone sessions allow you to get back to your day and back into action as quickly as possible. |

We will stay together until you achieve your goals. Depending upon their objectives, most clients remain with their coach anywhere from three months to a year or more. Many clients add new goals after they’ve achieved their first set, and keep ascending to new heights with the support of their coach! |
Most of all, please understand that coaching requires a serious commitment and a desire to achieve. The real work happens in between calls, when you will have “homework” to complete to help move you forward. These assignments may involve trying new things, moving forward on your action plan or pondering an inquiry to determine what’s true for you. They will help to deepen your learning and challenge you to stretch and discover all that is possible for you!
